Payment must be received prior the end of the quarter or service will be discontinued.

For example 2^nd quarter invoices will be sent out on 2/13/04 your payment is due to us before March 30, 2004.

We realize you may be thinking what if I go on vacation, move, stop my service or my dog passes away and I have already prepaid.

 Refunds/credits will be issued upon your phone call.
